The class covers tenant screening, Fair Housing laws, lease agreements, maintaining occupancy, and working with qualified service professionals who can respond when repairs are needed. You will also explore whether professional property management is right for your investment.

The class is taught by experienced real estate investors and property managers, including Jim Flint, CRS, Owner/Manager of A Better Way Realty with more than 35 years of real estate experience across five states; Geoff Stephen, a longtime real estate investor and partnership manager who has taught real estate investing classes since 2015; or Dan Hagstrom, an experienced real estate manager and investor.
