You will learn how to develop a business plan for an investment, evaluate financing options, consider management requirements, and use key financial calculations to measure potential return on investment. The class is designed for existing real estate investors looking to diversify, as well as individuals interested in exploring real estate as an alternative to more traditional investments.

The class is taught by experienced real estate investors and managers, including Jim Flint, CRS, Owner/Manager of A Better Way Realty with more than 35 years of real estate experience across five states, or Geoff Stephen, a longtime real estate investor and partnership manager who has taught real estate investing classes since 2015.
