Jim Flint
Jim’s role is to help you design a business plan to meet your goals and assist you with selection of the financing. Jim has 40 years of rental property experience. Starting in the early ‘80’s, Jim began forming partnerships. By 1986 he had formed 13 partnerships, each buying a specific property in Colorado, Wyoming, or Florida. The properties consisted of mobile home parks and self-storage facilities. These partnerships were comprised of about 100 different individuals who contributed a total of about $2,800,000 and purchased $12,000,000 of property. Subsequently, these properties were sold for $20,800,000.
From 2007 until now, Jim has formed an additional fourteen partnerships. Four of these partnerships own self storage facilities, totaling over 2,100 spaces. The other partnerships own group homes, triple net leased buildings occupied by major US corporations, an office building, industrial land, and development land in Tabernash, north of Winter Park, CO. One partnership has done over 400 loans to flippers, and other short term loans. Three hundred and fifty partners contributed $22,500,000 and purchased $60,500,000 of income properties.
