Managing Rental Properties: How to Avoid Trouble and Vacancies

We’ll also explain how to keep your property rented when others have vacancies and review the Fair Housing Laws. Is professional property management for you? The instructors will be Jim Flint, CRS, Owner/Manager of ABW who has over 35 years’ experience with real estate in five states; Geoff Stephen who has been a Co-Founder and Manager of many partnerships related to ABW. He has been teaching Real Estate investing classes since 2015; or Dan Hagstrom, also a veteran real estate manager and investor.
